Becoming a spy for the West Who Intelligence Service may not be as hard as you think. Generally, you must be a West Who citizen and be able to keep secrets. Educational requirements vary, but a college degree is usually preferred. You may also need to pass a physical fitness test. After completing all the necessary requirements, you must apply to the agency. You will then be informed if you have been accepted.

Operations Officer (Secret Agent)
Some people who work for W2 recruit and handle agents, which is the job of an operations officer.
Analyst (Figuring things out)
The job of an analyst is to examine and evaluate information gathered from individuals, foreign media, and satellites from around the world.
Cyber Exploitation Officer (Cyber Spy)
Cyber Exploitation Officers understand the digital world and are able to evaluate and exploit digital and source intelligence information to identify adversaries and assess how they operate and interact.

Staff Operations Officers manage W2 Headquarters and Field Operations they oversee and coordinate our programs, agents and clandestine operations
