West Who Spy Service

We go where others cannot go and do what others cannot do.

Our Intelligence Service

The West Who Intelligence Service (W2) is the world's smallest intelligence service.  We serve one of the world's smallest nations the Republic of West Who. Our nickname is W2 "Who's Who".  Despite our size, we are a vital part of the Republic's national security apparatus, tasked with protecting and promoting West Who's vital interests.  Our work is essential to helping the Republic of West Who maintain its independence and sovereignty. We are proud to serve our nation and its citizens, and we are committed to working with our allies and partners around the world to make the world a safer place.

Economic Espionage

Open source intelligence (OSINT) from non-secret, publicly available sources such as, webpages and news sites, make up a vast amount of collected intelligence available to West Who spies.

Covert Operations

Clandestine operations are hidden, the aim is for the operation not to be noticed at all.  Covert operations are "deniable", meaning they are not attributed to our spy agency.  W2 does both.

Cyber Security

It's another way to be involved in espionage.  Shhh! don't tell.

Intelligence Officers

Called case officers, operational officers, or handlers, they run operations and recruit and manage actual spies.

About us

We give West Who leaders the intelligence they need to keep our country safe.

Established in 1971, we are the world's smallest secret intelligence agency. The work we do at W2 is vital to the Republic of West Who's national security. We collect and analyze foreign intelligence and conduct covert operations.

The functions of W2 are set out in the Intelligence Services Act of 2013. The agency collects foreign intelligence which may impact West Who's interests. W2 also undertakes counter-intelligence activities to protect the country. Another important role of W2 is to provide protective services to government officials and civilian leaders.

Our agents and activities

The activities of a spy agency depend on its purpose and the type of mission it is undertaking. Generally, a spy agency is responsible for gathering intelligence, conducting espionage operations, carrying out covert or clandestine operations, and providing analysis and intelligence assessments. These activities may include gathering intelligence through human sources, intercepting communications, and conducting surveillance. Additionally, a spy agency may also be tasked with carrying out counterintelligence operations, disrupting the activities of hostile organizations, and protecting sensitive information and assets.
