Unidentified Flying Objects

UFO's over West Who territory

Declassified documents from the West Who Intelligence Service show that UFO's were sighted over West Who territory in California, USA.  Two American pilots reported seeing six flying discs in southern California.  Senior officials in Whoville, the West Who capital city, dispatched W2 agents to work with U.S. officials concerning the unidentified flying objects.

The W2 agents conducted a series of interviews with the pilots and other witnesses. They also conducted a thorough analysis of the radar data collected from the area. The agents concluded that the objects were not of natural origin, but could not determine what they were. Their final report stated that the objects were likely man-made and possibly of extraterrestrial origin. The West Who Intelligence Service then released a statement to the public in which they acknowledged that the mysterious objects had been seen and that their origin remained unknown. They also promised to continue to investigate the matter and to share any relevant information with the public. Since then, there have been no further reports of UFO sightings over West Who territory.

1971 - The Founding of A Spy Agency

The West Who Intelligence Service

The West Who Intelligence Service came into existence in 1971, just two years after the nation's establishment. President John Farr recognized the necessity of monitoring other California micronations, which lead to the creation of an intelligence agency for West Who. Initially named the West Who Secret Investigation Department, its agents were assigned the mission of collecting information on micronations with whom West Who had interactions.  Here is a picture of an ID card for Agent 2260 of the Secret Investigation Department from 1971.

Agent Training Mission

Drop and Retrieve Secret Film

Agent 2260 shares his training mission. The professor who taught our spy class assigned a group of us to learn how to retrieve film from a drop. There were four of us in the training group. We were tasked with following a female agent who we had never met, but we were given her description. The training op took place in San Diego, California. We knew the agent would be on the campus of the University of San Diego. Our team located her and we followed her. She got into a car and left campus. We followed at a distance in another car. She drove to the Fashion Valley shopping mall which was about two miles from the campus. We parked in the lot several rows away the the agent whom we were following.

The four of us split up and watched the target. She went into a department store. Another agent in training and I went into the store. I kept a distance from the target. She browsed around and then left the store. I followed the target. She left the store and went to an out door cafe at the mall. She sat down to have lunch. I walked pass the cafe and found a some what concealed location where I could observe the agent. We knew she would leave a roll of secret film in a container on the table. Two of our agents took a table at the outdoor cafe and ordered lunch.

The target agent finished her lunch and the waiter brought her bill. From where I was located, I could see she was placing money in the receipt book the waiter had given her. He had walked away and left the book with the bill on the table. She paid the bill with cash and got up and left the table. I sprang into action moving on to the outdoor cafe patio. I walked right over to the table, picked up a napkin and there was a roll of film in a small canister. I put it in my pocket and walked away from the table and out into the mall blending in with shoppers. Shortly thereafter, I met the other agents at the car and we left the location.

The drop and retrieve was a success and we had the secret film the professor ordered us to obtain. No one had been spotted or caught. The film was mailed to the professor who would pass it along to our superiors.
